Dear Mrs Marine, Thank you for posting your review. With reference to your comments, allow us to inform you that in Half Board basis, dinner is included, not lunch. Moreover and for your convenience, there was no need to call so many times at the reception, since bed would be done within an hour. Regarding your comments for the A/C we do not have such a registration in our maintenace records. At the same time, we are really surprised that you did not enjoy our dining options in none of our dining halls. We operate daily 4 ala carte restaurants, 2 main restaurants and 1 awarded top gastromy restaurant. Only in the main restaurant the main buffet together with the Show cooking side, is about 70m, offering top quality and variety of many dishes.
