Staff were very catering to guests and always accommodating. Staff were lovely and would come again, hotel was clean and right on the beach/coastline

Where do I start I spent one day there but I’ve never experienced such hospitality there the staff the hotel manager Mr. George was nothing less than exceptional What wonderful place surrounded by amazing people and sites I will be definitely be back I even got a picture with mr george He greeted me with such respect and I’ll never forget my stay even if it just one day I recommend this resort for anyone to stay you won’t be disappointed Oh did I mention the food ?? Haha please try the blue crab waffle you won’t regret it

The property was beautiful and new, and the view from our room was gorgeous. We also took a lovely Greek cooking class from the excellent chef. The staff was always helpful and friendly. We loved our stay!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, spoke English, and treated us as if we were the only guests. The room with the balcony was exceptional, including the views. We did not want to leave the room.

Superb room and service.
Fantastic hotel. The room was absolutely stunning with duplex split level, stunning design and decor plus outdoor private plunge pool. Topped off by great staff, and a very welcoming hotel manager. Superb! Definitely recommended.

Chambre chic et trés confortable, piscine individuelle chauffée en avril, vue paradisiaque, lieu idéal pour se ressourcer. Le petit déjeuner est extraordinaire ainsi que le personnel. Les équipements et décorations de l'hôtel sont ceux d'un 5 étoiles. En revanche le service n'est pas celui d'un 5 étoiles, matériel de ménage et sac linge salle dans le couloir en permanence;linge de toilette humide pas changé systématiquement difficile à sécher à cette saison sans séche serviettes dans la salle de bain;pas de distributeur de mouchoirs dans la salle de bain;obligation de taper trés fort la porte de la chambre pour la fermeture ce qui est trés bruyant pour les chambres voisines.Malgré ces points facilement améliorables cet endroit est un petit coin de paradis!

Mauvais service !!
Je ne conseil pas cet hôtel ! La carte pour entrer dans la chambre ne fonctionné pas on était obligé d’attendre 40 minutes devant la porte. La femme de ménage n’est pas venu durant 3 jours sur les 7 jours à l’hôtel. L’hôtel reste très beau, les chambres agréable et l’emplacement est vraiment bien situé. Mais le service est vraiment inexistant!!

Our policy is to thank every guest for their feedback. When a guest has the Do Not Disturb sign on, the maids will not enter their room, obviously, and guest had the DND sign on during most of their stay. The door issue was fixed the moment the guest mentioned it to the front desk in no longer than 10 minutes and guests were compensated by the hotel with a complimentary 4 course dinner. Without a doubt a magnificent experience to spend my last days of vacation in this boutique hotel. Very attentive and warm staff, very well equipped and brand new hotel. Large rooms with private pool. Recommended 100%. Thank you very much for the great stay we had with my girlfriend.
