A Nice hotel for a short stay
The beach is disappointing and neglected, also the garden (condition of the plants) can need some attention. Design of the hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly. The manual card is small but the food is excellent! Perfect stay for 2 days!

Hotel ligt te ver afgelegen van de stadjes in de buurt.De gratis shuttlebus is dus geen overbodige luxe. Eten en drank in het hotel is te duur.Het strand is geen aanrader omdat het uit grote en kleine keien bestaat,geen zand dus.

A most comfort stay!
A very new and contemporary facility which which charming and spacious! Staffed with an accommodating and friendly team. The shuttle service was exemplary and our driver Ivan was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable of the area. Nicoletta at the front desk was very warm and sweet!

Absolutely amazing in all aspects! The staff were extremely accomodating, kind and respectful, going above and beyond with each request. You’re welcomed with a signature drink as you arrive, which is delicious!! The hotel offers free transport to and from the airport as well as the main areas; Fira and Oia. The rooms are beautiful with daily cleaning. The pool area is breathtaking and so relaxing. The location is quite secluded although this is actually a positive because you will notice the peace and privacy compared to the busy areas. Breakfast was beautiful. Overall, I cannot recommend enough and will definitely be staying here when I visit Santorini again. Thank you again to the reception staff for being amazing.

I was there for 5 nights for a yoga retreat. Food and service was wonderful. Enjoyed all the extras included with our stay. Also the spa and massage. And all the open air yoga studios were fantastic

There is not a lot of places to eat around. You need transportation to move around if you want to visit more than Oia and Fira as they provide shuttle for those. Besides that hotel is really nice and the staff was so nice. Breakfast was a plus. The views are spectacular,

An excellent choice for a relaxing vacation
Aurora luxury suites involves many things in its total expirience that seperate it from other hotels we have been to. Its fine breakfest bufet, the relxing music and bar by the pool,The opretunity to have a relaxing massage, the great and diversed room service and the availability of a beach that is walking distance. Its overall expirience was freeing and an overall 10/10. We enjoyed it very much and we belive that everyone who stays there can have a great vacation too.

The fact that the hotel takes care of the transfers makes a big difference! It is wonderful and relaxing. They have a very kind driver who picks you up and takes you to the airport, as well as to the tourist spots on the island: Oia and Fira. The breakfasts included, varied and of excellent quality make your day start with the best energy. The staff is gentle and sevricial. The facilities are luxurious. A very beautiful hotel where you can enjoy a lot of calm. Recommended!

We loved our stay. Close to the airport. Free shuttle to/ from airport and port as well as Fira and Oia made it even better. We liked the fact that we were not in the middle of either town and only a short drive away. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and accommodating and did everything to make the stay comfortable. Last, but not least, cannot say enough about our bartender, George. His drinks are a work of art! Next time we are in Santorini, we will definitely be staying here again.

What a lovely relaxing Hotel, with only 22 rooms you really are looked after amazingly well! With George and each member of the restaurant and pool bar staff going out of their way to make you feel extremely welcome and looked after. Plus the hotel lays on free transport into Oia & Fira. The Lady cleaning the room was excellent too, she’d clean the room to a really great standard every day whilst we had breakfast so it was always clean & tidy. If you’re looking for a Santorini Hotel slightly out of the busy towns that really genuinely looks after you then you can’t go wrong at Aurora!

Perfect place if you either drive OR don't mind starting the day later and ending it earlier. Also stunning sunrise view! Service was outstanding, truly attentive staff in all areas (recep, driver, restaurant, housekeeping etc). Esp the lady at the reception was so amazing to sort out my pickup with a shared transit booking (the organizer were not responsive on email). Transit service always responsive on whatsapp. Facilities - great pool (sadly not 24/7), little complaints about the room and shower except the bed was harder than I usually prefer and blanket a little thin. Zero issues getting hot water, just never drink the tap water by accident its very salty. Charging port just by the bed. Drinking water provided in room. Loved the private jacuzzi - its outside the room in your little balcony space for reference but only accessible by hotel guests/staff (unlike some along the cliffside Oia/Imerovigli where its basically walkin for everyone) - I'll deeply miss it everyday its an amazing way to end the night. If you washed anything try to put it outside to dry instead. Food - good spread of options for breakfast and they rotate some items. I had a decent dinner here. Location is its only downside - there is nothing within walking distance, so they make up for it with free shuttle service daily to/from Fira & Oia (do check the latest schedule with them in advance to plan). My case they also kindly arranged for my dropoff to my second hotel instead.

Séjour que nous recommandons en couple, personnels à l’écoute bienveillant et d’une grande hospitalité. Les navettes sont nécessaires puisque l’hôtel se situe loin des lieux touristiques. Je conseille de louer un moyen de locomotion pour faire le tour de l’île peut être augmenter le nombre de navette vers Oia et Fira , proposer la possibilité de se rendre aux plages noires et rouge via ces navettes? La restauration est limitée, l’hôtel propose le restaurant Poree uniquement … de ce fait nous nous sommes fait livré 2 soirs à l’hôtel L’hôtel est soigné, les draps changés chaque jour ainsi que des échantillons de toilettes remis chaque jour… hôtel que je recommande pour couple

Property was absolutely beautiful and staff was amazing, helpful, and accommodating. They offer a free shuttle to and from the airport, Oia, and Thera. The woman at the front desk was so so amazing and helpful! Helpful with booking a winery tour/tasting and helping with coordinating overall pickups and drop offs. She was also so thoughtful and kind. George, the bartender supervisor was also amazing and friendly! I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. Our room was impeccable and we were able to enjoy our private hot tub. I normally don’t write reviews but this property deserved a detailed one sharing all of the amazing things they had to offer. Would recommend and stay here 200x over again!

I have stayed in several of 4 and 5 star hotels. As a general rule the rooms are nice and spacious with plenty of amenities. The Aurora was all this and more. I have NEVER met a hotel staff that is here. They have been extremely helpful, gracious and courteous. I can't say enough positive about this hotel. They meet you at the airport and take you to the hotel and back to the airport all (free) included in the hotel fee. They even run shuttles to and from town and/or the beach, this saving a 30-35 Euro fee each way. They also run shuttles to and from town to watch the magnificent sunset. Breakfast is included and they put out a great spread. Again, I can't praise the staff enough enough to do them justice. Also their prices were very competive. The hotel is located close to the ocean (but no swimming here, too rocky and steep but a GREAT view at sunrise. It has a great pool and a poolside bar. So come here, kick off your shoes and relax in a fantastic and picturesque.

Séjour agréable
Hôtel propre et agréable mais loin d’être luxueux. Personnel très sympathique et professionnel. Chambre spacieuse, calme et fraîche mais déco très simple (pas de tête de lit, éclairage sans prétention, meubles rudimentaires) sans fenêtre (chambre cave). Salle de bain fonctionnelle sans plus. Quelques détails d’inconfort à améliorer : diodes du wifi et du tableau d’électricité visibles, réfrigérateur bruyant Petit déjeuner très bon. Une gentille attention qui m’a touché, le jour de notre départ (très matinal) on nous a préparé un petit déjeuner à emporter. Un peu excentré avec l’avantage du calme et l’inconvénient de la nécessité de moyen de transport. Heureusement l’hôtel offre le service de navette vers Fira, Oia, le port et l’aéroport Une location de voiture aurait été une bonne chose pour sillonner l’île en toute liberté ce qui est valable à mon avis quelque soit le lieu d’hébergement.

Great hotel with amazing location, it is close to Fira and Oia, but still manages to give you the privacy for a chill and a lay back vaction vibes. The staff is super helpful, you can book all you need from the hotel, even the rental car will wait for you at the hotel.

Luxurious stay at Aurora, truly majestic! Free pick and drop off to airport service was impressive. Its located opposite side of caldera, very quiet and pleasant stay and free from busy streets. Spacious rooms and nice pool to dip in hot weather. Need a car to commute.

The service at this resort is AMAZING! The staff was on top of everything! They didn’t want you to lift a finger and if they saw you doing such they would come running to help you! We spent our honeymoon here and it was the perfect location to relax! Our air stopped working in our room on the last night and they quickly moved us to another room that had air! The food was delicious! And we can’t get over how nice the driver George was, he is very helpful when visiting Fira and Oia! We will definitely be back!
