'The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location was not the greatest. The breakfast was something to be desired, fake eggs and greasy sausage. I would not stay at this motel again.'

'Coffee not in room and machine by lobby was out of order the 3 days and 2 nights we were there. Indoor pool was quite cold but outside was just right. Perfect for family with children under 10. Good for the budget and close to everything in town.'

'I had the end room at the end of the main floor. My door directly faced the back door exit that wasn’t secured. Anyone or anything could enter and exit at anytime. The gap under the door was significant enough for anything to crawl in but fortunately it was only the smoke from various smoked items. Cars parked right outside my window within inches The beds were hard and there were silver fish in the bathroom. I only had to stay one night but for the rate, I could’ve stayed at the wilderness...

'Booked this hotel for a 2nd time for my aunt and uncles first time at the dells and they loved it. The pool is warm both indoor and outdoor & the tickets for the zoo were a major plus. Stay was clean and employees are always welcoming and quick with service.'

'Rented 5 rooms for family. Everything was perfect except that all 5 room floors were dirty. Walking on the floors turned everyone’s (17 people) feet black. Recommend providing each room with a broom and dustpan to sweep up the sand that gets tracked in. Rooms were clean otherwise. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. 4 pillows per bed. All 5 families said they would definitely stay again.'

'Stayed 2 nights. The room was clean, but I expected more amenities—no hair dryer, no bathroom fan, and no pack-and-play sheets provided. The receptionist didn’t proactively explain what was available; you have to ask. Also disappointing that trash and towels weren’t refreshed daily. Overall okay stay, but service and amenities could be improved.'

'This was our second stay at Natura Treescape Resort, and this time we opted for a hotel room for easier bathroom access. The cabins are fun, but they are truly more like camping since you have to walk to the bathhouse for the toilet or shower. We love having so many swimming options right on the resort property, plus access to Land of Natura, Aloha Beach, The Vue, and Timbavati Wildlife Park. When you’re swimming in the lagoon, it honestly doesn’t feel like you’re in Wisconsin.'

'Free kayaks to use Grills were being worked on but one was working Fridge was froze up but replaced it same day. Didn't care for geese and ducks on the beach. We didn't go into the water at all.'
