Summary:

Welcome to your perfect getaway in Holiday Valley! This recently renovated condo offers a comfortable retreat with a private bedroom (king bed), a lofted sleeping area (queen bed and twin bunks), and a full bath. Enjoy the convenience of keyless entry, dedicated parking, WiFi, cable TV, and in-unit laundry. Relax on the patio with seating for four, and make the most of the on-site A/C—perfect for both summer and winter stays.



Nestled right next to the SnowPine lift, this condo is a winter sports lover’s dream. In the evenings, follow the lit trails back to your door, or hop on the shuttle running every hour to the Holiday Valley lodge. In the warmer months, take advantage of easy access to scenic hiking and biking trails, or admire the breathtaking views of the Double Black Diamond golf course right from the property.



The Space:

Renovated in 2021, our entire unit features brand-new furnishings, including shaker cabinets, granite countertops, and modern light fixtures. Stay cool with the updated A/C system, enjoy restful sleep on new mattresses and linens, and unwind with Roku 4K TVs and a Nintendo Wii for family-friendly fun. This open, airy condo seamlessly blends comfort, style, and convenience.

The condo is located at SnowPine Village which surrounds the SnowPine lift at Holiday Valley.



Getting Around:

You can usually hail a ride share on the weekends. During the ski season there is a shuttle that will pickup in the parking lot and take you to the lodge at Holiday Valley.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that there are steps leading down to the unit from the parking area. Inside, a narrow spiral staircase takes you up to the open loft bedroom, which may not be suitable for very young children. If you have any questions or special considerations, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help make your stay exceptional!

You will check yourself in and out. I am available via messaging. I try to respond as soon as possible, however, any message after 8pm may not be seen until the next morning.

Great place to stay! Nicely updated. We love skiing at Holiday Valley and this condo was very conveniently located. More private and spacious than staying close to the lodge, but can still ski in/out. And if you don’t feel comfortable skiing to/from the condo there is a nice shuttle service to take you to and from the main lodge. We would love to stay here again!

Convenient and adventurous

We loved our stay! The condo was very clean upon arrival, and even if loft got a little warm (and understandably, its a loft), the owners were sure to even include fans. The location of this building is fairly easy for skiers to access compared to further out buildings within same complexes we've stayed in previously, especially easier for 9 and 10 year old beginner skiers. Was great to have acces to a nearby place witb the young novice skiers. Would love to visit again in future!

Cozy and nicely updated rental.

The wife and I came down for a needed weekend get away and this was rental was just right for us. The hosts were great and very responsive. The unit was clean, nicely updated and had everything you need.. W would recommend and would rent again in the future.

The property was clean, offering a good comfort and making me feeling at home. However, the second bedroom upstairs is accessible using a tight stair difficult to be walked by an adult. The bedroom’s pillows are uncomfortable, laking support, and having only two pillows for each bedroom. Four comfortable pillows for each bedroom would be more appropriate. The kitchen should be equipped with at least one sharpened Chef knife, a working can opener, and a working vegetable peeler. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay!

Excellent getaway!

We spent two nights at this lovely condo. Everything was just as described in the listing. The unit was very clean and accommodated our needs perfectly. Great proximity to the town of Ellicottville. We golfed one of the days and the location was excellent as the golf course was just minutes away. Communication with the host, Audrey, was clear and detailed and we received all the information we needed. A wonderful stay overall!

The property was excellent for our quick get away weekend to Holiday Valley. The property was very clean and easy to enjoy. Ski out was very cool and we did lunch at the condo avoiding crowded dinning hall, etc. The host was on point and very informative and also easy to work with. Would recommend and would come back!!

Our family of 5 spent three nights here and had such a good time. Close to the slopes. Wood burning fireplace was perfect to sit, warm up, and relax after a day of skiing. Rental was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at Snow Pine condo. The condo was very clean, and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay for 2 adults. The space was very well decorated and updated with modern touches. The master bed was a memory foam mattress and very comfortable. My only cons would be that there are a good amount of stairs to get down to the unit and the sliding glass door locking mechanism wasn’t able to lock, while it is on second floor, that was a bit of a safety concern. Overall a very nice place to stay.

A very comfortable condo, beautiful view

My husband and I really loved this condo; it is very clean and has everything one may need. The unit is on the upper floor, and has a wonderful covered deck; we were able to have most of our meals on the deck, even when it was raining outside. This unit has an air conditioner, which was helpful on hot days. Overall, we had a great 4-night stay and will definitely come again.

Great place close to the Slopes!

The place was awesome, I would totally stay again. Very nice and clean place that was located very close to anything you want to do in Ellicottville. My only criticism is that I reached out to the owner about what to do with towels and linens at the end of the trip but got no response. I coulnd't find it anywhere in the previous communication. Also, there was no soap for the dish washer so we had to go out and buy some. Otherwise great stay!

Very nice condo complex

This condo is nice with a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen cabinets definitely need a makeover. Some don’t fully close. The ski locker is also missing a hinge, so does not close properly. Overall, nice place to stay with great access to the mountain for skiing.

Cozy Condo

The two bedroom, one bath unit was easy to find and close to shopping, dining, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom was clean with lots of towels. Mattresses and pillows were not so comfortable, but linens were clean and warm for the season.
