'Amazing location. You can walk to a bunch of historical sites, you can walk to food, you can walk to the train stop, location location location. I very much enjoyed sitting on the roof top patio and watching the boats in the morning. It was quiet. Only thing that I didn't enjoy about this place was check out, and that was simply because I didn't want to leave. When we come back to Philly, we will be staying here. Make sure you check out Ralph's if you like Italian food. '

'Just book it, especially if travelling with kids. This place has everything you need to feel at home. The arcade games were such an amazing touch to keep our 8 year old busy after running around all day... and you will be running around all day because you'll be close to everything. The hosts are amazing communicators and send an incredibly thourough guide and respond with promptness to any other questions. Hoping to get back sooner rather than later.'

'Book this condo, you won’t be sorry! Location looked a little scary for a small town girl new to Philly, but once we were in the condo, it was excellent! Very clean, surprisingly quiet, spacious, plus lots of extra touches I appreciated (coffee pods, shampoo, etc). And the location is actually outstanding! Close to EVERYTHING, neighborhood felt very safe. We walked everywhere, had wonderful meals nearby. And Sarai was very responsive to my questions. Next time we’re in Philly we will...

'I would not recommend staying at this apartment. Upon arrival. The entryway needs some cleaning carpet was dirty walking up to the unit. Inside the unit, it was not clean very well. Kitchen counters were sticky. Remote control was covered in something and you didn’t even wanna pick it up. The kitchen cabinets were completely empty. There was no pot holders.
