'We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The hotel itself is quite large and can feel a bit like a maze, but thankfully, the rooms and hallways are very well signposted, so finding our way around was never an issue. 'An absolute gem. One of those rare places that is designed and maintained with genuine care and highest standards. Expansive views of the unspoiled countryside with the ocean sparkling in the distance. The roomy soaking tub and wood-burning stove were soul-filling after being out for walks in the cool June weather. Mark and his dogs led us to see a koala nestled in one of their majestic trees. Gorgeous grounds and friendliest hosts we've encountered on our travels. We will be back.'

'The most disappointing stay I have ever had. Arrived after 4 hour drive to be told the indoor heated poor was down this week for maintenance…no email, nothing on website. When i explained that was why we came as we had visited and loved it 10 years ago, was advised if I wanted I could use the local swimming pool. I couldn’t then book into hot springs instead as advised by the desk because it was adults only in the evening. Tried to make the kids happy with the indoor pool, it was freezing!'
