« I’m disappointed by how this situation was handled. Despite having a Do Not Disturb/privacy sign on my door, someone entered my room, moved my belongings, and opened the curtains. When I brought this concern to management, their response made it seem like they did not care or take the issue seriously. Privacy and guest safety should be a priority, and feeling dismissed only made the experience worse. »

On a demandé serviette et peignoir : nous avons attendu en vain. Pas de piles dans la télécommande. Personnel mal aimable... »
