'We had an amazing week hiking in Acadia, enjoying Bar Harbor, and on the water. The house is on the outskirts of Bar Harbor and we enjoyed the quiet location. We walked into town a few times but mostly drove since there is no sidewalk and it requires walking on the side of the road, but it was easy to get in and out. The house is dog friendly with a small yard. Overall, this was great and we would stay here again if we return to Bar Harbor!'

'The property is exactly as described; clean, easy check in & out, great choices on the TV, and nicely located. Perfect place for us to relax after a day of exploring Acadia National Park. There are great, delicious choices for Maine lobster meals and homemade blueberry pie. Blueberry Hill ice cream and Pat's Pizza are a must try. The property manager is responsive bot before and during our stay.Plan to stay here again the next time we come to hike.'

'I stayed at this rental with my husband and kids, and overall the property is great. It’s an easy drive to all things Acadia but is not overpriced and overcrowded like the Bar Harbor area. There was plenty of room for the four of us. Close to the restaurants and grocery stores in Ellsworth. Beds were comfortable. We did let the host know soon after check-in that a bedroom was missing its smoke detector and the bedroom light wasn’t working, we didn’t hear back about those issues. There is a full...
