Desk Clerk was friendly and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable. Water pressure was good in the shower, pillows and mattresses were comfortable, everything worked as it should as far as refrigerator, microwave and Television. Rates are terrific for the area, as it is close to a lot of things to do and see there in Great Barrington.

Brian and his staff (especially Nick) made me feel at home all the time I was there. Nick accommodated me on the first floor due to my mobility issues with climbing. The room type changed but it was for the better! The background music in the morning definitely put me at ease! Keep up the great work in Great Barrington! Dan Clark

Great location
Beds are comfortable. It was clean. Noise wasn’t bad. Could hear someone walking in the room above us and a little noise of a tv, but it wasn’t late. Shower didn’t get hot, but warm enough. Breakfast is okay. No work-out room. Good service. Nice people at the desk.

A nice room for a quick stay
Booked a one-night stay to enjoy a local ski hill. Check-in was very easy. The staff both morning and evening were polite. The room was what I expected. Small, 2 nice beds, plenty of outlets, plenty of USBs, TV, microwave & fridge. There is a CVS on the same property so it was easy to grab some quick snacks for the room. My only gripe was that the lighting in the entry & bathroom areas was blindingly bright. Like, so bright we kept them off most of the time. The free breakfast was also standard. Some eggs, sausage, a waffle maker, coffee, etc. It was fine. No complaints. I'd stay here again if there is ever snow! We got dinner down the street at a nice restaurant. It was located in a hip little strip of shops literally 9 minute walk away.

I really enjoyed my stay at this particular property! It’s centrally located near literally EVERYTHING there is to do in Great Barrington outside of skiing. It’s a short walk into town where they have a wide selection of boutique shops, restaurants & more! Not to mention, a cvs sits directly in-front of the hotel which is a MAJOR convenience if you’ve forgotten any necessities. The rooms are super clean, up to date & stylish, high quality linens and towels, quiet and I felt very safe being a single woman staying there alone. It’s very lit up and very lively so you never feel as if you’re staying in a dark off the grid sketchy motel from the horror movies! Haha! All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who needs a nice quiet cozy convenient and safe place to retreat after a long day of festivities! I’m sure it’s 100x better in the warmer months when you can actually wonder downtown on foot! Thanks so much for having me, can’t wait to come again!

Best location motel
We had a great time at Quality Inn. It's at the most convenient location, very close to all Main Street places. The breakfast is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We hope to stay there in the future.

Hiking base in Great Barrington
Part of a 3 night stay. This is a nicely kept motel, I found the rooms & beds very comfortable and you can walk into Great Barrington. I used it as an off season hiking base. Good value this time of year, I’m guessing it will be more during high demand due to the great location

It’s in “downtown” Great Barrington very close to the Mahawie theatre. Very clean rooms. Only criticism I have is that the Wi-Fi was not working. Good continental breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
