« The only problem I encountered was that because I booked third party, they weren't flexible with my request to allow my cousin to check in on my behalf becauseI was running late and she needed to get dressed before the wedding. I had to stop, respond to the email request before she was allowed in the room. She drove over 3 hrs. and I drove over 5 hrs. and had lost 1 hrs. because I was coming from TN. »

« I asked for a first floor room. Little did I know that the first floor had about 5 or 6 broken stone steps going to it. The railing was very loose. The room smelled very musty until we turned the heat on. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. »

« This is one of the most charming inns! Yes, it's a bit old and the room a little small, but it's clean and super bright. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept like babies being able to open the windows instead of having to endure the noise of the air conditioner like in all places. « I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice place to stay in the heart of Blowing Rock. Ben was amazing and helped us out with some things we forgot to bring from home. He was super responsive and helpful. Look forward to staying at the Windmoor again. »
