« Clean property, management good about help, overall a good stay, but has some ways in which it can be outstanding. »

« The hotel is well located with short walls to the Duomo and shopping areas. The location is secure though there are no staff available at night. The entry procedure was explained well and we had no trouble accessing our room. Minor concern is that a street trolley regularly traverses the Piazza and is quite audible even up on the seventh floor. The hotel does provide ear plugs which is a nice touch. Bathroom was clean and well appointed »

« The owner takes great care with her design choices from the floor tile, to the lighting, to the toiletries. It’s located close to the Centrale train station and we were able to roll our luggage from the station to the BnB. There is a tiny kitchenette in the hallway and filtered water/fizzy water on the sink attachment. We only stayed one night and it was a last minute booking. I’m grateful that we found a delightful independently owned space to stay. »

« Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to public transport and major tourist attractions. The staff is welcoming and helpful. However, the sound insulation between the rooms could be improved, as noise at night was sometimes noticeable. Despite this, the value for money remains good. Many thanks to Antonio for his warm welcome and kindness »

« The property is very clean and well maintain. The stuff are very helpful. Right in a heart of Diomo and all the stores. A lot of restaurants around. Very convenient with taxi, buses, metro. Beautiful area. »

« Absolutely fantastic apartment in a Beautiful location, the rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard, the staff were extremely helpful and always smiling! A great selection at breakfast especially the freshly made scrambled eggs. We popped down to the restaurant on a couple of evenings and the food was lovely. Nothing at all negative to say! »

« Everything was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. Excellent stay overall. My only suggestion would be to add a handheld shower head in addition to the overhead rain shower. It would make the shower more practical, especially for guests who do not want to wash their hair every time. Other than that, everything was great. »
