Fairview Greens—A Refined Golf Course Retreat

Fairview Greens is designed for comfort and relaxation, accommodating up to eight guests across four spacious bedrooms. The thoughtfully appointed layout ensures everyone has room to unwind, making it ideal for family gatherings or weekends away with friends.

At the heart of the home, the open-plan living area sets a welcoming tone. Natural light floods through large windows, highlighting soft neutral interiors and the gentle textures of timber and stone. Settle by the fireplace on cooler evenings or gather around the dining table for shared meals and conversation. The sleek, fully equipped kitchen connects effortlessly to the living space, offering everything you need for easy entertaining—from casual breakfasts to dinner with a view.

Step outside to the spacious deck overlooking the South Lakes Golf Course, where mornings begin with coffee and birdsong, and evenings wind down with a glass of wine in the fresh coastal air. The surrounding greenery and open fairway views create a tranquil backdrop for alfresco dining, quiet reading, or simply slowing down.

The four bedrooms each provide a calm retreat. The primary suite includes a king bed, generous storage, and a private ensuite bathroom for a touch of privacy and ease. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, the third features two singles perfect for kids or friends, and the fourth doubles as a flexible lounge or workspace with a sofa bed that can be prepared on request. A second bathroom and laundry with a washer and dryer ensure practical comfort throughout your stay.

Parking is provided on the driveway. A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee—please let us know at the time of booking if you require either.

Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
