'At first glance, in a shaded room, it was nice enough. Then after hanging out for a couple hours resting, we got up to go out and there was a bad scar in the flooring that was sort of ?sanded? 'For starters I asked for a handicap room like we stayed in the previous weekend but to no avail. 1. The beds in the room 103 are 3+ foot off floor (my 91yr. mom needed a bench to get up in to the bed, my husband fell out of the bed, and I pulled on the sheets to help me get up into the bed). 2. 'Ontvangst was prima en de kamer ook. De borg is 150 dollar en dat is absurd. We zijn nu een week verder en het is nog steeds niet vrijgegeven op de creditcard. Alle andere hotels wel dus en een hoge borg en laat vrijgeven. Daarnaast was het ontbijt slecht. Toen we aankwamen was alles leeg (7.30 uur). Toen we vroegen om aanvulling reageerde de medewerkster zeer geïrriteerd. We konden alleen een wafel maken. Uiteindelijk werd het eten aangevuld maar het kostte veel moeite. Ik zou een iets...

'The person that checked us in was very nice. The room was ok, however there wasn’t even a bar of soap to wash your hands. There was also a very annoying sound coming from the bathroom fan so we had to keep the door closed. There is no one at the desk from 10 pm - 9 am, just a number to call if you need assistance.'

'I booked two rooms, but one of the rooms had a severe water leakage issue. I informed the front desk about the problem, but I was disappointed with how it was handled. The hallways on the first floor had unfinished, exposed concrete, and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Considering the condition of the property and the poor service, charging over $150 per night is completely unreasonable.'
