We traveled through the Road to the Sun from the eastern entrance and were very fortunate to exit on the western side shortly before it was shut down for a winter storm warning on Oct 11th. The coffee (locally roasted, I think) was excellent and a nice touch. Unfortunately, the microwave was out of commission when we were there.
