This is a good hotel with a good restaurant..however..when you're purporting to be a luxurious spa hotel and commanding luxury prices the expectation and judgment is obviously strict. From a hotel that's more expensive than any in the region guests expect a seamless luxurious perfect stay. In our case the pool and hot tub were out of order the entire weekend of our stay. In a luxury spa hotel! they did offer 30 less on massages but I dont like massages so I was displeased. Their gym is reasonably sized and equipped, however the high tech treadmills they have with large screens showing TV and YouTube and Netflix options, all don't work and aren't connected. Also there's no drinking water in the gym, only a sign that directs you across the hall to drink water in the spa...but the spa water dispenser wasn't working the entire weekend either and had no cups in the dispenser. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Period. But...at prices over 3 times that if any local restaurant...you expect world class.and It wasn't. The service, despite the restaurant being 20% occupied was extremely slow and amateur. The arugula salad we ordered was inedible, containing mostly tough woody stems impossible to eat, and was returned uneaten. In any serious restaurant in this price range, this would have immediately been noted and asked about...but here..nothing. we also received sparkling water when we requested still, and other minor issues. If you're commanding luxury prices..no excuses.

Ons eerste hotel in Montenegro overtrof onze verwachtingen. Het hotel is pas open sinds 2024, alles is tot in de puntjes afgewerkt. Op de kamer heb je ook een zithoek, een eettafel en een keukentje. Er is een heel mooi zwembad, gym en spa. Het a la carte restaurant is top ( er is ook mogelijkheid tot buffet) en het ontbijt is uitstekend.

Absolutely beautiful property and attentive staff make this place extra special. Room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped and we were treated to an upgrade which was doubly nice! Excellent range of restaurants, shops and bars at our doorstep made it super-convenient too 😊. Only complaint is that check-in was a hassle since need to go to the office first (nearly impossible to find even with precise instructions). Given the level and quality of the property and the staff, this definitely needs to get fixed! A sign on site and a picture in the instructions for what the building is looking like would be tremendous help.

Het fruitsap was niet vers. Fantastische wifi. Vriendelijk personeel en goede service. Het buitenzwembad is klein. De hotelgasten palmen de ligzetels in met boeken en persoonlijke spullen maar blijven urenlang weg zonder er te liggen. Heel mooie inrichting.
