Our park has 50 rooms that are made up of 6 x Ocean View Apartments, 10 x 2 bedroom self-contained units, 4 x 1 bedroom self-contained units, 6 x Motels, 12 Ensuites, 12 standard cabins,110 x campsites, 2 x communal kitchens and 2 x communal shower blocks. Not too sure what type of accommodation you had which makes it difficult to respond fairly to the comment you have made. Our park has 50 rooms which vary in price and layout and over 100 camp sites. We are on a beachfront location, we are only 10-15 minutes walk from our city centre and to many of our most popular restaurants and cafes. All prices include full use of our undercover heated swimming pool, full use of communal facilities at no extra cost and unlimited Wifi for all devices. When guests make a booking, everything we have here is all included in this cost, guests are not just paying for a room or a camp site. Hi Gerard, Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay at the Waikanae Beach Top10 Holiday Park. It's disappointing to see that you feel you did not receive value for money. You have mentioned however about our covered heated swimming pool, the children's playground and the tennis court which appears to be spoken about in a positive light. The booking was made online which prior to making the booking, all guests are able to read exactly what type of room they are receiving for the price that they pay. Upon checking your booking, you paid $96.05 per night for two guests which work out to $48.05 per person. We are also on a beachfront location, only a 10-15 minute walk to our city centre and to many of our most popular restaurants and cafes. We provide unlimited Wifi and Sky TV in the communal TV room. Guests also receive all linen, towels and beverages along with full use of the communal kitchen and great service. Hi Anonymous, Our team are very thankful for you taking the time to complete our online survey of your stay at the Waikanae Beach Top10 Holiday Park. Based on your comments, we are guessing that you stayed in one of the standard cabins. These cabins only have the bottom sheet put on and the blankets are nicely folded and left at the end of the bed. Tea and coffee are provided in these room so we only provide the coffee cups. We have not supplied any crockery or cooking utensils for the past seven years as it started to become very costly to the park with items going missing on a daily basis.
