'We had a great overnight stay. It was clean, tidy, and very comfortable throughout. The highlight for our family was definitely the heated indoor pool. Having pool towels provided made it super easy and convenient. We also really appreciated the water filters/fountains, which were a nice touch (and helps the environment) The location was great, and we found parking around the hotel to be easy and hassle-free. Overall, a very family-friendly option and we’d happily stay again.'

'The reason why they lost a star is because of 1 staff member. She told us our room was not ready and she will call us when it was ready. So we went for a walk. But the call never came. Our room was ready & we did not know till after we tried to check in again. Otherwise the restaurant (food & staff), the pool & other amenities were excellent. Everything i would expect from the Crowne.'

'Waurn Ponds Estate is a unique experience as it is a conference centre taking week end guests. We were attending a party in close proximity a $12 uber ride away. The amenities rooms & breakfast are second to none.'

'We were told through the Expedia app we would get 10% off - no where to enter the code! We were then quoted $30 per room for breakfast when we arrived and was charged $42 per head then had to argue that we were quoted $30 per room. They did drop it to $30 per head. Because of reservations we then had to pay $50 for valet parking!! Became an expensive night!!! '

'Mooie ruime studio. Geheel up to date. Lekkere regendouche en goede WiFi. Verblijf was uitstekend bevallen. Er staan 2 ‘gemakkelijke’ stoelen waarvan er 1 echt niet prettig zit. (Stuk hout in de rug) Dit is het enige minpunt.'
