'Wonderful in every way. Exceeded expectations. Rooms were clean and spacious. Home was perfect. Staff were courteous and very informative. And the breakfasts were as good as anything we ate all weekend. Next time we are in New Orleans, we will certainly stay at Ashtons.'

'Gorgeous boutique hotel with fantastic updates that also keep the charm and history of a French Quarter building. Beautifully decorated. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. It is very close to Bourbon Street, so there is quite a bit of noise, especially at night. I sleep with earplugs anyway, but I know the hotel does offer them if needed. Courtyard is fantastic and has plenty of seating. Would definitely stay at The Celestine again when in the French Quarter.'

'This was a great place to stay for the night especially for the price! The staff were kind and very knowledgeable about the area. The style of the hotel was so fun and set the vibe for the weekend. Only warning is they do have some lobby cats if anyone has an allergy.'

'The concierge “butler” Shawn was helpful and pleasant and always available. He was a 10/10. The room could use a deep clean. Bathrooms and linens and all were spotless. Just the floor and carpet need a deep clean, not the daily staff fault. The pool and courtyards were charming and of another era. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Location is excellent too. '

'When I arrived my code for the door didn’t work but they very quickly sent me a new one. The location is perfect. We loved the pool and the hot tub. It felt safe and very clean. The studio had everything we needed they even supplied the little details like salt pepper shampoo body wash conditioner, it stayed super cool and they even provided a fan.'

'Melrose Mansion is a great place to stay in, if you are visiting New Orleans. The rooms are very nice and spacious and have a great look & feel. Our room was very clean, which is quite important to us. Across the street is a bar, which sometimes had some loud guests, which is the only downside we can think of. The breakfast is sufficient and the staff is very kind & helpful. The pool is a nice addition to the overall stay. Highly recommended!'
