'The owner called when realized the new hot tub was not going to be installed in time for our arrival. He offered to take money off our overall bill or refund everything and find some where else. We gladly took an amount off our bill. Oh, and lets talk about the snacks, water, and coffee (both Keurig ground coffee or cups) with all the creamers. Definately 10/10 on making it feel homey! 'Very nice people. Easy to communicate with. We did get our moneys worth. It could’ve been cleaner though. The coffee pot was unusable due to someone leaving old coffee in there and it molded. The carpet was dated. But the jetted tub worked amazing. The water pressure in the shower was awesome. The bed and the couch were very comfortable. Overall It was worth the money and we would stay again! We are already planning to come back in the fall. We stayed in cabin #3'
