The property was gorgeous. The one thing that did affect my scoring is one of the bathrooms in the lower level had mold on the shower curtain and the tub was full of water when we arrived. Not sure if they were cleaning and didn't drain it or what happened. We reached out to the management and they stated mold was common in the area but would have someone come change the curtain out. It may be common but still feel that should have been done prior to stay. However we had no other issues and would definitely recommend this location. The view from the patios where beautiful. Oh and make sure to follow the directions they provide to get to the cabin, trust me.

Loved it

Beautiful house, and location. Plenty of space for our 12 people. Walls a little thin. Pool sticks tips wore or just gone. Only could use 2 . Master bath door knob loose. But wonderful stay.

Couple's Weekend

The cabin is lovely, just as pictured online! We loved the openness of the kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, small appliances, etc. The rooms are spacious and everyone got a good night's sleep. My one suggestion would be to give visitors directions coming in from Hwy 441 and not just coming from I-40. We tried twice getting directions from staff and neither time were the directions clear and it turned out we were just down the hill from the cabin at the Welcome Center. We had a great time and will come again.

Family Weekend

The cabin was great! Great amenities. Saw lots bears! Great views. Location is hard to get to. Not good for those not experienced with driving in the mountains. I would give it five stars, but check-in time is listed at 4pm and we were not able to get into the cabin until around 5pm because they were short staffed on their cleaning crew. I had seen this issue arise in other reviews, so it seems to be an ongoing problem. Hopefully, they get those issues worked out because it’s a beautiful and fun place to stay.

Nice house, but an overall disappointing first VRBO experience. 2 hrs late being allowed to check-in. Management company gave us 3 different stories about why. Centipedes and ants everywhere. Told management company and they told us, “they could fumigate one day and they are back the next” [I.e., no action] Small creature(s) in ceiling over top floor primary bedroom making noise each night. Told management company and they told us, “it happens … could be squirrels or raccoon … we’ll note it” [I.e., again no action] Owner didn’t take pool passes to office as required for guest use, so we had to persuade attendant to break their rules to let us in. Cheap paper products provided and livery little. Floors were filthy. Outdoor grill dirty with previous cooking - we cleaned it before cooking and before we left. Back yard was littered with trash. A shame.

Enchanted Spirit!!

This cabin was a real treat! Designed very well, spacious and a great location for our multigenerational family of 12. The cabin appears to be fairly new with all of the modern conveniences — good Wi-Fi, multiple TVs, game room and movie theatre room — and a full size bunk bed room for the kids! Multi level design with a deck on each floor to allow folks space to be together or sneak away from the group to relax. Great location nestled between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg (about 10 - 15 min drive either way). You also have access to 3 different pools depending on the days of the week - one is within walking distance of the cabin, the other is about a 5-6 minute windy road drive. We did not make it to the 3rd location. There were only a few down spots for our vacation — 1) the windy road to get to cabin and 2) the leasing office. The windy roads leading to/from the cabin take a little getting used to - just take your time and stay on your side of the road :). The leasing office left a lot to be desired. We contacted them several times prior to our arrival regarding the delivery of medical supplies for someone in our party. As frequent travelers, we asked all of the normal questions regarding delivery and receipt of the supplies, however when the driver attempted to deliver the supplies on the agreed upon date, the leasing office DENIED the delivery and turned the driver away without contacting the organizer of our trip!! What a mess - and it almost ruined our trip over something that could have been easily resolved with a simple phone call or a agent that cared. After multiple calls and having to pay an additional delivery fee - the supplies were delivered to our cabin on Monday. We did finally get ahold of an agent that explained that whoever we dealt with on the phone and via the VRBO app did not leave any notes in the system but it still didn’t help our situation in that moment. We also had an issue with the pool passes, after calling to speak with the office and then driving 20 min to the leasing office, the agent decided to tell us we would have to drive back to the office to turn the passes in or pay a $50 fee for not returning this flimsy plastic card. We went through all of those steps for the pool attendant to tell us we could have just taken a picture of the pass — again what a waste of time! All totaled - there were definitely more pluses then minuses — book the trip, enjoy your family and this beautiful cabin - j

Excellent chalet

Property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. Very spacious kitchen. Clubhouse was a 1 min walk from property. Disappointed that cabin wasn’t ready upon check in time. Property managers were responsive when we called about hornets nest by the hot tub, someone came out within 2 hours to fix the problem. Would stay here again!!

Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family of 12 ranging in age from 14-83. We love to cook and the kitchen setup was great. Everyone loved the gameroom and all of the decks were great to see the black bears that came to visit daily.
