SUPER CUTE CONDO! BEACHFRONT VIEW, NEW APPLIANCES, FULL SIZE FRIDGE, AND BEST OF ALL CONVECTION OVEN/MICROWAVE.

The owners have worked very hard to make sure guest have everything they need and will be comfortable for their entire stay! The bedroom has a queen size bed, the sleeper sofa is a upgraded Sealy mattress, very comfortable! Also the twin size bed has it's own TV and the perfect little nook!

The kitchen is fully stocked, coffee pot, 2 burner stove, dishwasher and a full size fridge.

The TV in the living room is the perfect size, DVD player, movies, and puzzles for some down time.

You will love the LOCATION of this condo! You have beach access right in front, walking distance to restaurants, 61st fishing pier and shopping~

Resort amenities include 2 pools, one of which is heated year round and has a handicapped accessible lift chair. Kids will love the mushroom waterfall. There are two wonderful heated garden whirlpools on site. Also enjoy lighted tennis courts and a fitness center. There are bbq pits and covered picnic table available.

The VICTORIAN CHARGES amenity fee that is paid directly to them at the time of check in of $35.00 per vehicle. This will cover your parking, access to the gym, tennis courts and swimming pools.

Great Vacation

I took my daughter for a week at the beach before she heads off to college and it was an amazing, memory filled week. The owner of the condo was so responsive when I couldn't get the app to work on my phone when we arrived for check in. The condo was clean and decorated so cute! Such a fun week, we hope to do it again soon!

Exactly what I expected

It wasn't fancy or spotless or the top tier of available rentals, but that's not what we paid for. If I paid twice or three times the amount, my review would be different. The condo was in a good location and served our purposes. I would stay there again. Had a decent view of the ocean and the pool. The people at the front desk could use a little warmth, and the map could use some refinement, and the site in general could use more signage, but none of that falls on the condo owner. Overall, I was happy with the condo.

Galveston Weekend

We had a great stay. Owner provided communication before and during our stay. Perfect size space for a small family and a quick trip. We loved being right across from the beach. The pools were perfect with plenty of chairs around to relax in.

The room was not as clean as we are used to. The property was mostly well kept up. There were a lot of people there, so kind of to be expected. The pull out bed was horrible, my kids woke up with back aches! Towels and sheets were all dirty amd we had to sog to find syuff to make up the sofa bed.

This unit is a great location! The decor is very nice, kitchenette and bathroom could use a little remodel and the tub didn't drain quick enough. The property itself could use some maintenance and cleaning on the pool which should be taken care of by management.

Location and view

We choose this place because of the close proximity to beach and the awesome view it has from the balcony. It didn’t disappoint! Host was very accommodating and responsive. Master bed was very comfortable. Cute place, but it needs some update and fixing here and there. Overall we were pleased.

Instructions to open the key box wasn't very clear. We contacted Jackie and she responded right away and was very sweet. Ocean/pool view was great. Decorations was perfect. The bed was AMAZING and clean. Air conditioning was awesome. We're from Kansas, it's so hot in Texas. We were grateful for the air conditioner. The kitchen counter top needs some updating. Paint touch-up throughout. Take soap for a shower/bath and coffee, none was provided. I take that back, 2 Keurig coffees was provided for the 4 days we stayed. Coffee filters was provided. Kitchen sink faucet cold/hot was reversed. The hall mirror had duct tape holding it together.

The unit is clean but cluttered, not much storage space in kitchen, bathroom or bedroom. Bed in bedroom is very uncomfortable for 2 people as it sags in the middle so 2 people end up in the middle squished together. The location of the unit is awesome just needs some updates. Also has no oven.

Nice, a little tight, but doable

The condo was super clean, included all we needed, but just a little tight. There really were not any good storage options for suitcases and bags, but we just piled them in a corner. The view was nice, very relaxing. The property does need work, though. The elevators kept breaking randomly, and we were on the third level. That was not fun at all, especially with beach wagons and luggage. But that’s no reflection on the condo owner. Just an older property. The ladies in the office were super sweet and helpful with what they could help with.

Great place to stay

We stayed for 2 days to get some Sun and Sand. This was the perfect place for kids. The apartment shows signs of aging but still was kept clean and tidy for our use. Plenty of amenities and resources. We had a good time.
