Just a short walk from the Galveston shores, this seaside retreat is perched at one of the highest points in the community, offering 270-degree views of the beach as well as the city. Light floods in from the floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors to illuminate stylish tile floors, cooled further by central air conditioning. Sink into the leather sofa while you surf cable channels on the flatscreen TV, or pick out a DVD from the provided library to make it a movie night. You can head down to the sixth floor and claim one of the shared gas grills to put a quick sear on some meat or fresh produce. Get a quick workout in at the shared fitness center, then do a few laps in the shared infinity skyline pool. Grab a drink at the swim-up bar, then revel in a soaking session in the bubbling hot tub. Leave your stress behind as you unwind in the shared sauna, then dry off and challenge a friend to a game of foosball or billiards in the shared game room.

This condo is an oceanfront condo located across the street from Stewart Beach. With dining, shopping, and local attractions on the Seawall and historical Strand District all within a short walk, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips. Afterwards, take everyone out to grab a slice of pizza at Russo's New York Pizzeria (just steps from the condo!). Don't forget to take a picture at the Greetings from Galveston mural just under two miles away.

*Please note that the Emerald Resort charges a 10% fee, calculated as 10% of the rent only. This fee is already built into the fees at booking
*Per HOA rules, renters are not allowed to have day visitors. Only registered occupants may be in the condo or use the common areas, including the pool. Renters are required to wear wristbands in the common areas to show that they have registered.
*The gym/fitness center is only available to renters Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7 am to 10:30 pm. Only adults 21 years and older are allowed in the gym. Guests are expected to bring a towel to wipe down equipment after using it.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
