Appartementen in Gainesville

'Property was clean and nice. Just what we needed.'

'The space was very clean and cozy and the host was very easy to communicate with!'

'Apartment was just as advertised. Neighborhood was peaceful and quite.'

'This apartment is in a great location right on the main strip it’s on the smaller side, but has everything you could possibly need. It is also very clean and updated. The booking process and check-in process were excellent. The only drawback that I saw was that it gets very loud at night, with kids from the local universities walking the strip. But otherwise I would highly recommend this.'

'We hosted guests for a family wedding here. They were very happy with their stay.'

'I booked this adorable studio-cottage near campus for our son who had a 12 day lab elective at UF— it’s a summer lab, so campus wasn’t an option. I needed something reasonably priced safe comfortable within close walking distance to/from campus & downtown Gainesville… and this VRBO fit the bill! Communication with hosts was excellent, the photos/description aligned with reality, directions were clear & timely, self check-in was a breeze, cottage was very clean and smelled great, everything...

'Great location, clean and comfortable.'

'Just like the pictures show. It was clean, convenient, and safe. It was exactly a mile from my daughter's dorm at UF. The property owner was extremely responsive. My husband left his wedding band in the apartment. I received a call that same day to tell me they found the ring and had it in a safe. I was very grateful and impressed!'

'The house was great exactly like the pictures'

'Great property and easy check in. Thank you!'
