'The room was very clean. The check-in process was a little frustrating as we did not recieve the codes untill 30 minutes before check-in. As it was described as self-checkin it worried us as we were not sure if we could ever checkin on time. It would have been better if the message sent the day before mentions that it can be send till half an hour before the earliest check-in time.'

'The room was clean. Has all the amenities necessary. However the corridors had puddles when we arrived that seemed to have not been tended to. The mats outside the elevators are incredibly hideous.The location is not best for tourists. It is far from any attractions. Worst still, the images they indicated of their surrounding are NOT in the surrounding and are rather several kilometres away. The property is listed as having a pool which is technically true however it does not belong to El Stay...

'It was a little apartment but it provided us with everything we needed for our stay in Busan. We absolutely love Jeonpo area (stayed here on a previous trip) so it was perfectly located for us. There is a convenience store at the entrance and so many cute cafés and restaurants nearby. The metro entrance is right in front of the building (so convenient) and when we had some difficulties with the WiFi someone came to fix it right away.
