'The staff are very friendly.'

'The room was clean, staff helpful and courteous, ample parking. Friday through Sunday loud music from the bar above until 2am. Other nights parties can be heard up to 8pm. A convenience store on the property was a plus. TV was is a foreign language that couldn’t be changed in the menu. Location was in a remote area. Taxis and trikes had a hard time finding the place.'

'The superbly friendly and helpful staff at this hotel is the only saving grace and if it’s a must, its location right next to the airport. Other than these two, find a different hotel. The initial room I was given had a non working AC. (Mind you, the area’s temperature is in the upper 80s (fahrenheit) with an 80+ % humidity. So, it’s hot and you’re sweating!) They offered me their Executive Suite and transferred me there. Superbly generous of them I initially thought until I discovered the AC...

'The staff was amazing! They have a very nice Gym with spa. The pool was under construction so I did not get to partake however it looks like when it is finished it is going to be amazing.!'

'部屋は綺麗だが設備のメンテナンスの問題かエアコンの汗臭さが時間帯によって気分が悪くなるほどかなりきつかった。ホテルと繋がったAyalaモールにレストランやカフェがいくつかあり便利でおいしかった。低層階だったが外の騒音は気にならないが、上のフロアの足音は少し気になります。シャワーの水圧と温かいお湯は問題ないです。'

'Really nice hotel. Staff was great especially Cherry & Arial. Room was super clean and bed comfy. Nice bathroom with hot water. Wifi was good. Breakfast was great and so was room service. The only thing lackkng was the hotel rooms did not have refrigerators. Loved the stay & will stay here again.'

'Don't stay at this hotel if you only plan to stay overnight and can't arrive early to check-in and leave early the next morning like what we did. Despite our rather short stay, we were able to celebrate my dad's birthday in a memorable way. We even got a complimentary cake! My parents loved their room and so did my brother and cousin. Our room was spacious enough for our curious one year old and our 10 year old son. Wide variety of choices in their breakfast buffet and they even packed...

'Awesome stay no doubt . The staff is wonderful and there is places in walking distance for food and shopping. Shuttle from the Airport and back is a plus . The Breakfest is very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel 😊'
