In the outdoor area, you will find a swimming pool, a dining area, solarium and garden.
Enjoy, in a responsible way, the ripe fruits and aromatic herbs of the garden (except banana trees, due to their size and complexity in picking, are prohibited) and be careful, we do not take responsibility for any material or physical damage that may occur.

The property's garden is watered weekly by the owners. For this purpose, access to the outdoor area of the house may be granted, always with prior notice, so as not to interfere with your stay.

AREA
Property located on Rua da Quebra Costas, one of the cross streets to the main arteries of Funchal. From this property, you can get to know and visit on foot the main points of interest of the capital of Madeira Island. It is close to the Cruzes’s Museum, João Carlos Abreu's Universe of Memories, restaurants, shopping centers, bars, museums, the Cathedral of Funchal, Funchal Municipal Garden, Funchal Marina and Municipal Theater.
In the city center there is a lot of information about all kinds of activities you can do during your vacations: cultural activities, radical activities, nature activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island!

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the villa will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the villa.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property, except a storage room underneath the house which will be locked.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
- The video surveillance system is switched off whenever there are guests staying.

RULES
We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.
It is strictly forbidden to climb on and/or remove bunches from the banana trees.

ATENTION
-Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
-Make your stay more real and enjoy, in a responsible way, the ripe fruits and aromatic herbs in the garden but be careful, as we don’t take responsibility for any material or physical damage that may occur.
-Banana trees, due to their size and complexity in picking, are prohibited.
-Diving in the pool is strictly prohibited.
-Parties are not allowed!
