Savoy Monumentalis IX is a sophisticated 2-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Lido, one of Funchal’s most sought-after areas. Designed to offer maximum comfort, it combines contemporary design with bright, spacious interiors, ideal for up to 4 guests.

The apartment features two bedrooms, both with direct access to the private garden where the property’s exclusive pool is located. One bedroom has two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and garden access; the other is a suite with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, separate WC and direct access to the garden.

The social area includes an open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to the garden and outdoor dining area. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and utility sink, as well as a guest WC located between the bedrooms.

The private garden also connects directly to the condominium’s common area, where a garden with two shared pools are available. Guests algo have access to a well-equipped gym. offering two leisure options in one place. The private pool can be heated upon prior request, for an additional fee.

GETTING AROUND

The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to accommodate all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- A Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put in a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request this. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
