'My room was never cleaned the whole time I stayed there from 05/14 to 05/18. The bed was never changed. It was uncomfortable and quite disturbing. I asked one of the hotel staff up front why my room wasn't cleaned and I was told they only did every other day. The hotel staff was usually helpful and nice but some were not.
