Vind je ideale hotel in Fulshear

'The property was fine with its clean rooms and retro design. However, the air conditioning was not functioning properly in the halls and libby areas. It was sweltering with 90 degree days outside. Also on one of the nights we stayed, the fire alarm went off at 10:45 pm. All of the patrons had to wake up, go outside and, unfortunately, no explanation was provided.'

'We had a medical emergency with our grandson and needed a place to stay at the last minute. I booked it because it states that the hotel is less than a mile from Memorial Herman Hospital. It may be but the drive is over 30 minutes because you have to go way way around to get to it. Having said that, we’d stay again. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfy and the air conditioner was cold which is so often not the case. Staff was helpful. Great hotel for little money.'

'I recently stayed at ACP hotel for 2 nights and when I went to the room it smelled so horrible. This hotel from manager to staff there are so much miscommunication and the way they speak to you was not acceptable.'

'Fijn hotel, personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was klein maar prima. Onze kamer (2-bedroom suite) was goed, erg fijn dat er twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers waren. Op loopafstand is het winkelcentrum en binnen een paar minuten rijden supermarkt etc. Een aanrader!'

'The bathroom was dirty unpin arrival but the nice ,helpful,and thoughtful men at the front counter(he had dreads) came and refresh the bathroom so we can at less use it.I really appreciate him doing that.The next day I called front desk trying to explain the situation because he told me to request room services for a complete cleaning of the restroom.As I was explaining the lady on the phone didn’t even let me finish and just interrupt me.I thought that was rude of her.The room services came she...

'We enjoyed the breakfast a lot! Unfortunately, we didn't see any orange juice. The bed was very comfortable but my husband wanted an extra pillow which was not supplied. Also, there was no liquid soap in the dispenser for the shower. We specifically asked the housekeeping staff for this 2 things to be taken care of, but they weren't. Besides that, everything was fine.'
