'The house was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. We had rented a car so it was very easy to get around with a parking space right in front of the house. It is a very quiet neighbourhood. Check in was easy with a key in the lock box at the front door. Fuji Q Highland amusement park is a 4 minute drive from the property. '

'If you bring a car there is a parking spot. We used Uber and the train which was no issue. There are restaurants near by. The house is very spacious, clean, with great heating! Lots of space! It was close enough to Fuji-Q Highlands at a good price! Great for me and my family! '

'The view of Mt. Fuji from the property was breathtaking. You can see the mountain in its full splendor from the rooftop. The rooftop is set up with an umbrella and seating, making it a perfect spot to relax in the evening. The sunrise can also be enjoyed from there. The staff was polite and friendly. The property has a resort-like atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential utensils. Our unit comfortably accommodates two families. '

'Excellent hotel close to Lake Kawaguchiko. Comfy beds, spacious bedroom and clean bathroom. The reception area is lovely and staff very helpful. 7/11 & Family Mart down the road and couple of restaurants nearby. Only thing to note is it’s hard to get a taxi from Kawaguchiko station to the hotel, there is a bus but it gets crowded so just need to plan ahead a bit.'

'Unfortunately, most of the amenities offered in room were not available. The room had a great view of Mt. Fuji but the booking was for 3 people and we had one small bed. The only amenities was the public onsen- which we did not need. We checked out within an hour of check in to another hotel. '
