'Traveling from Cali! Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We arrived about 2.5hrs before check in and the front desk offered us a room that was way in the back where they were doing construction(she warned us it’d be loud during certain hours), we were okay with it & accepted. 'Upon arriving, I noticed that the interior of the hotel itself had a strong smell. I couldn’t put my finger on what the smell was until I entered my guest room - it smelled like strong carpet cleaner mixed with baby powder. Somewhat nauseating. 'The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was not well maintained. During the night I woke to use the restroom, upon entering the bathroom I noticed the ceiling was leaking water onto the floor and had black stains like mold on the ceiling. There was a musky smell that was overwhelming. The staff did offer to came and when I told the man the ceiling is leaking, he seemed to already be aware of the issue. 'Our family stayed two nights here. The entire hotel set up is horrible. No elevators either. It's a maze to get around anywhere. Pool was fine but needed some TLC. Breakfast was better than most. The laundry facilities were all broken down. Rooms were just ok. If you stay here. Ask for a first floor close to the front desk or else you will end up the furthest away and have to walk quite a bit to get to the lobby breakfast or the pool. They lock the room where the tables and chairs are so you...
