Our gourmet kitchen is full of light. Bright and airy is what comes to mind, with an open concept, that makes cooking a pleasure. For outdoor cooking, there is a gas grill located just off the sunroom on the deck. The dining area offers seating for six guests with additional bar seating. With cushy seating and a new flat panel television, the family room is comfortable and inviting! For more living space, there is an additional sunroom over looking the multi-level deck area. There is even a sleeper sofa for unexpected guests along with upgraded HDTV cable service and WIFI. Relax on the spacious decks out back and enjoy views of the lake! The downstairs guest bedroom features two sets of twin size bunk beds, TV, and easy access to the living area.The guest bathroom offers a walk in shower.

The Fairways is situated on the bayside of the Resort, and sits right on The Links Golf Course. With picturesque views and convenience to the beach and swimming pool, the location of this property makes it perfect! There are two swimming pools (one is seasonally heated) that you are welcome to use while vacationing in our villa. Catch and release fishing is allowed in most of the lakes and ponds at the Resort. Enjoy this exceptional villa at the Fairways! NO pets allowed.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
