Access: Reaching the second floor requires stepping outside, as the staircase is located on the exterior of the home. Guests have private access to the entire home and all outdoor spaces.

Accessibility: While the home includes accessible design elements, the elevator is currently out of service and will not be available during your stay.

Furnishings: To maintain excellent condition, décor and furniture may occasionally be updated and vary slightly from the listing photos.

📜 Important House Rules
We want every guest to have a wonderful stay! Please review our rules before booking:

No Parties or Events: Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is meant strictly for peaceful gatherings.

No Smoking: Smoking inside or near doors is strictly prohibited. A $750 smoking fee plus repair/odor-removal costs will apply to any violations.

Commercial Photography/Video: Commercial video recording, photo shoots, and content creation are strictly forbidden.

No Driving on Grass. Vehicles must remain on the paved driveway at all times. A $5,000 fine will be strictly enforced for driving or parking on the grass due to the risk of severe damage to the septic system.

Security Deposit: A $500 refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in (cannot be paid via credit card).
**Please note that for holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount**

*Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder`s ID for verification purposes.*

*July 4th Reservations*

Reservations that include the July 4th holiday require an *additional refundable $500 security deposit* beyond the standard amount. Fireworks, parties, and similar events are strictly prohibited.

Failure to comply with any of the house rules may result in a partial or full forfeiture of your security deposit.

*House Rules*

1. Only the guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property. Visitors who are not registered are not allowed.

2. A maximum of *6 vehicles* is permitted. Parking is allowed only in the designated driveway. Parking on the street, grass, or swale is not permitted.

3. Please be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum at all times. Quiet hours are from *10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.*

4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. A *$750 smoking fee* will be charged, along with any additional costs to repair or replace damaged furniture or remove smoke odors.

5. Fireworks are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

6. Please do not adjust the pool equipment settings. If you need assistance, contact us and we`ll be happy to help. Unauthorized changes to the pool equipment will result in a *$500 fee.*

*Pet Policy*

Guests traveling with pets are expected to clean up after them both inside the home and in all outdoor areas, including the patio and backyard. Failure to do so will result in a *$150 cleaning fee.* Guests are responsible for returning the property in the same condition in which it was received.
