« We spent one month at this facility in february 2025. Contrarily to the advertising on Vrbo you don’t have access to all the house. There is a room on the back that is rented on short term basis. Guests arrive late in the evening and leave very early in the night. The acoustic insulation is inadequate and you hear everything from this room so you have absolutely no privacy.Everything is basic in the facility: furnitures, cooking ware, dishes etc… The pictures on tne Vrbo site look better than...

« Unfortunately our visit to this property was not what we expected due to other renters on the property who were irresponsible with their partying. We were scheduled for a two night stay, but the first night the sheriff had to be called out several times to break up a large gathering and to remove unwanted people from the property. This was all reported to the management company in detail. The property itself had one set of broken blinds and a broken closet door - both reported to the management...

« We were extremely disappointed with this property and, unfortunately, we ended up leaving after the first night to stay in a hotel.The home is much older and more worn than the listing suggests. The upstairs bedrooms have no actual doors—only shower curtains—which offers virtually no privacy. Much of the furniture appeared heavily used, with stained upholstery and a mismatched collection of furnishings that gave the home a neglected feel rather than a thoughtfully furnished cozy vacation...

« We visited the Surfside Beach House as part of a non-profit org that hosts wellness and respite retreats for special needs and caregiving families (A Mother's Rest). The property manager was wonderful and generous in supporting us. Four individual families attended, providing each with plenty of space to enjoy their own private visit, but close enough to still be all together. Even without an open view, you're literally steps from the ocean...a very private, residential beach, not touristy. ...
