This is a privately owned residence located within the same building complex as the W Hotel Fort Lauderdale, but it is not owned, operated, sponsored, or affiliated with the hotel. Therefore, some hotel-operated services such as room service, laundry/dry cleaning, engineering support, and daily housekeeping are not available to residence guests.

CHECK-IN REQUIREMENT
At least one guest must be 21 years or older to check in. A valid credit card is also required at check-in for incidental holds.

RESORT FEE
$62.15 per day, paid directly to the resort at check-in, includes:
• Daily beach setup: 2 chairs & 1 umbrella
• Access to WET West Pool only
(Access to WET East Pool is optional at $125/person)
• Daily 8 AM yoga classes
• Daily 2-hour bike rentals for 2 guests
• Enhanced high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay

Additional beach equipment: extra chairs $20 each, umbrellas $30 each (plus tax)

PARKING
Valet parking is available at $60/day + tax per vehicle (paid directly to the resort).

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM

Late check-out fees:
$100/hour after 10 AM. No check-outs allowed past 12 PM.


HOUSE RULES
• No smoking — $500 penalty
• No parties or events — $500 penalty
