Recently painted. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located in excellent 16 unit complex located on the inter-coastal canal. Quiet, private, non-smoking inside condo as well as outside all common areas. Bright and fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, electric range, microwave and dishwasher. Bright dining area overlooking canal. Small balcony off dining area. TV, 2 leather couches and one leather chair in living room. Flat screen TV in each bedroom. Free local and long distance calls to US and Canada. Master bedroom has king size bed. Second bedroom has 2 single beds. Jack and Jill bathroom connects the two bedrooms and has tub shower. Second bathroom is two piece. On site outdoor pool. 2 BBQs available for use in courtyard. On site coin laundry.
Beach is 7 minute walk, tennis, golf, water sports, shopping are only minutes away. Great restaurants quick walk away. On site manager.
Walking: grocery store 3 minutes, restaurants 5 minutes, beach 7 minutes
Driving: Fort Lauderdale Airport 20 minutes, Miami International Airport 45 minutes, shopping 5 minutes, golf 5 minutes

The condo was very beautiful and cozy. The bedrooms were lovely and the kitchen was very well equipped. The environment was peaceful, beach, shops and restaurants near. Comfortable and Clean Minutes from the Ocean

From the moment we stepped in the front door, the unit was as advertised. Comfortable living room and bedrooms, a very well-equipped kitchen/dining area, a relaxing waterfront balcony. The small condo complex was clean with a nice outdoor pool and grill area. It was never noisy. The on-site coin laundry was clean and convenient. The location is perfect, just a 10-15 minute stroll to the beach, and less than that to several good restaurants and a full grocery store. The couple of times we reached out to the owner for minor questions, the response was prompt and friendly. The condo served as an excellent home base for an enjoyable Florida vacation.

Propriété au-delà de nos attentes

La propriété est très bien située, à quelques pas de bons restaurants, épicerie et pharmacie. À peine à 3 minutes de la plage en auto. Le condo était tout simplement impeccable à notre arrivée. Merci à Tom pour ses réponses toujours rapides. Je recommande ce condo sans hésiter!

Just what the Doctor Ordered

All I can say is THANK YOU! The location and space was great. Within the apartment, it was clean and accommodating. Outside the space the pool and other areas were pristine. It was all that my wife and I needed. Only area of growth is the shower situation, but other than that, I am extremely pleased. Thanks again for all of the extended courtesies.

Great Stay!

Really enjoyed staying in this condo. Everything was clean and tidy. All basics that we needed were provided, even including a couple extras like kitchen items and pool/beach toys. Very relaxing to sit out on the back balcony and look out over the water. The condo complex was well managed and quiet. Pool was always sparkling clean and well shaded in the afternoon. Approx 10 minute walk to the beach, with a grocery store and restaurants right across the street. Parking spot provided very close to the unit. We'd love to stay here again!

Great view of canal and sunrise

This is a great condo. When I first arrived I was worried about the neighborhood but it turned out to be quite convenient,very safe, near a grocery store and many places to eat. I had a bit of a walk to the beach but doable and the condo was equipped with all I needed to be able to enjoy the beach. It was exceptionally clean and I had a wonderful stay.

Very Nice, Great Condo Owners

We stayed in this unit for one week. Within 25 min. from FLL airport, no tolls. About a 10 min. walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Well stocked kitchen and linens. Friendly and quiet neighbors in the complex. We had our own parking spot. Publix grocery right across the street. Owners even gave us a welcoming bottle of wine. Tom was very easy to work with. Be prepared for heavy traffic on main street (Atlantic Ave.)

I am looking for a community to retire in, Pompano Beach was my first choice. The property is in a great location, beach and grocery within walking distance. Easy access to so many thing. Unit was clean and comfortable. Complex was smaller and very well kept. "Rules" were easy to understand and follow.

Lovely Pompano Beach Condo

Great location for access to beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Very clean, quiet, well managed complex. The owner, Tom, was so helpful with any questions we had prior to and during our stay. Peaceful and quite intercostal apartment

Well kept and spacious unit, clean and nicely decorated, the host has thought of everything a guest could possibly need. The location is convenient to everything. Comfortable beds. TV and internet worked perfectly. The pool and barbecue area is little but nice and clean. The condo looked just or better than the pictures. Tom was very responsive and accommodating for our needs. Wonderful Stay in Pompano Beach

Apartment was nice, very quiet, clean and well equipped. Bathrooms were a bit small, but bedrooms were large and beds very comfortable. The water way out back was very relaxing, walk to beach was short, grocery store across the street. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again. Thank you so much for a wonderful week.

Excellent Location

Thorough enjoyed our stay. Convenient location to Publix, restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. The condo had everything we needed to grill by the pool. The beach chairs were perfect for our day trip to Key West. Both the property manager and owner were responsive to our inquiries. Definitely would recommend this property and would stay again!!!
