The home has a beautiful open floor plan with skylights and floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors which provide an abundance of natural light and a perfect view of the pool and beautiful landscaping from anywhere in the common space. The well-equipped chef’s kitchen offers top-of-the-line Whirlpool stainless appliances; ample granite countertop work spaces; and kitchen island that seats four. A modern 6-seat dining table extends the dining space for everyone have a seat at the table. The living room and both Master Suites feature flat screen TV’s, a DirectTVNow cable subscription and high-speed WIFI.

Outside: Relax and soak up South Florida’s sun in the beautiful back yard right on the intracoastal! Our home features a
outdoor dining set, chaise lounge chairs with cushions under umbrellas and additional seating and table space. Take a dip in the refreshing pool, which offers light for night swimming. *Pool heater currently being installed and can be available upon request ($25 additional fee per night booked to have the pool heater turned on). Grill up your favorite meal on the Weber Series II gas grill with propane included.

Anybody under the age of 25 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

No more than 10 people on the premises at any given time, without written consent from the owner / manager or else the damage deposit will be lost.

FAQ's!!!
How far is the beach?
5-10 minute walk.

Do you have beach chairs and beach towels?
Yes. Beach chairs can be found in the garage or the side of the house. Beach towels will be found linen closet. We have a beach wagon filled with all beach essentials in the garage, already ready for you!

Do you need parking permit for the beach?
No. The beach is a quick walk from the house. Or we have a street legal golf cart you can rent per day to ride to the beach. There are usually plenty of parking spots available.

Is the pool heated?
Yes. It is set at 80* and will be heated for an additional cost.

Do you have pool towels and lounge chairs?
Yes. We have pool towels in the linen closet, and lounge chairs are outside by the pool.

Do you have a BBQ?
Yes with all the essentials, we have an extra propane tank on the side of the house as well.

Do we need to bring extra linens or towels?
No, the house has all the essentials and all extras can be found inside the linen closets.
Does the kitchen have all the essentials?
Yes. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials including paper towels, dish soap and basic condiments and spices. Please replenish after use.

Does the bathroom have all the essentials?
Yes. The bathroom is stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

All of the plumbing is perfect in all houses, if there is a clog or other plumbing issue, guest is responsible for all costs associated.
Please no disconnecting or adjusting the TV’s. If TV is not found to be working after guest checks out, $150 will be deducted from security deposit or additionally requested for IT services to come fix TVs.
If any of the rules are not followed you will lose your deposit and may be asked to leave the home before check out.
Note: There is 24 hr surveillance around the exterior of the property (this includes a ring doorbell, backyard and front yard camera)
