ATLANTIC TERRACE POMPANO BEACH is a Smaller & more private! 4 story complex. We have Free on site parking next to the building, heated pool, our own private beach area with tables, chairs, loungers, umbrellas, and 2 grills.

All units have full kitchens! Each unit has beach towels, & umbrella.s Plus many other amenities! We are located at 3401 N.E.10th St. Pompano Beach 33062 We are sorry, but we do not accept pets.

This 400 sq.ft open floor plan condo is on the 2nd floor. It has a nice view down the coastline. It sleeps 3 adults comfortably, or 2 adults & 2 small children. It has a queen size Serta memory foam mattress on a very nice murphy bed unit. There is also a full size futon/sofa sleeper with all linens provided. We have wifi cable .
A more private, smaller complex with everything you need for the perfect stay on the beach!
Our units are Very clean & well kept. Imagine it as a large hotel room with a full kitchen including coffee maker, blender, toaster & cooking utensils. We also provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, & hairdryer & iron/board.

Your parking space is right in front of the building, right by the elevator and most importantly, the pictures of this condo are exactly as the way it looks! We take extra measures offering you a very clean and sanitized unit.

Atlantic Terrace is a more private complex. We DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES or visitor gatherings at our pool or private beach area. All units are non smoking.

There are no additional parking spaces available for visitors. Each condo only has 1 parking space in front of building. The pool & our private beach area are for our guests only.
