• Pool service is typically performed on Mondays and Fridays; the schedule may occasionally vary.

• You may occasionally spot iguanas or small lizards outdoors, which are common in South Florida. Routine pest control is performed.

• The property is located in a residential neighborhood, so we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors and outdoor quiet hours.
