He was on his toes with communicating the whole time, from letting me know when the unit was available for check-in, to checking in to make sure my stay was going well. The unit was extremely clean and simply furnished with everything we could have possibly needed. 'This place is super nice and we loved it! The bed is huge and comfy. We had a little issue with some of the apps on the TV not working and a blind seems to be missing in the living room. Other than that everything was perfect. It seems like the place was just remodeled. Great that it comes with a parking spot too.'

'Lola was great, super responsive. Place was clean and convenient. We stayed for a longer visit, so I'd liked to have had more conveniences of home such as better assortment of cookware (no non stick cookware) a blender, some misc storage containers etc. Not expected, so more of a suggestion than anything. The grill and pool patio we had to ourselves every weekend. Great place to chill and watch footbal.'

'Love Jacksonvile to begin with but this house is in a perfect spot and the history and character it has was amazing. We were able to walk to Publix for a few things and it is close to so many restaurants and businesses. The weather was beautiful and the patio was perfect! Had a question and called instead of texting and owner pick up right away! Everything was excellent right down to the nice neighbor who allowed us to love on her little puppy while walking her. Great stay and would stay again!'
