They never did Eventually after 2 weeks we got our refund from Expedia after several attempts to reach the hotel. It was the graduation week and our booking that we booked 3 months before cost us $90. Immediately after cancellation their relisted our room for $260. Total scammers. Their phone number they list is a cell phone number that goes straight to a voicemail. Avoid.'

'Adding my voice to many reviews that the staff is noticeably friendly, on-task, and helpful. The property is clean and well maintained, the rooms are just right - everything you need and nothing you don't. It has the vibe of courtesy and relaxed competence. All good, and at a fair price. That schedule is fine and would mean cleaning on either Friday or Saturday depending on when the every other day starts. The issue is that our room wasn’t cleaned on either Friday or Saturday. 'Room was clean. Pool was closed for maintenance. Air conditioner caused flooding in the room. Was reported twice to management. There were no other rooms available. Management assured I would receive a credit. As of this time, no reimbursement.'

Expedia even contacted the property and couldn’t get a refund for my second night. I checked out early due to the poor conditions and had to pay for another night stay somewhere else with no help or compensation from Expedia, Choice Hotels and or hotel.'
