'Hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. It is fairly need and has a friendly atmosphere. Also lots of shopping and food nearby. Breakfast buffet was also really good, no need to go out for breakfast. During the week there is also free diner. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite which was very convenient as we were travelling with young childern. There is a very nice pool and courtyard, but we did not use it as we were there over x-mas. The only downfall is the fact that the roooms do not have...

'The property is very old and dingy. The rooms and the corridors are badly in need of renovation. When we were there the elevator was not working and someone was stuck in it. Not sure if it is a one time thing or recurring incident. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it. '

'Firstly, there was a nasty smell throughout the hotel. Then I get to my room and the fridge did not work. The cabinets were falling apart. I go to the bathroom and the fan is hanging off the ceiling exposing above. I look in the shower and the curtain is stained with who knows what. Lastly I go to lay down on one of the beds and there’s hairs(not mine) on the sheets. If you have another option that isn’t here, go there.'

'I didn’t cook but it appeared to be set up for it. I noticed a few pets that were well-behaved. '

'It was pretty noisy. It sounded like a herd of elephants was above me. It was all night so I didn't get a good night of sleep. Spa prices are high. One hour massage is $150 plus they expect a 20% tip. '

'Staff was nice, breakfast was far below expectation. Parking is paid at this location, while it's just a quiet area with only businesses, no shops or restaurants. Parking used to be free/included. Even though the name suggests differently, this place is far away from the Irvine Spectrum mall, for sure not walking distance. I used to come at this place regularly but I will go to another place next time when I need to be in the area,'

'Air conditioner was not working the whole 6 days that we were there. Door feom the bedroom to the front did not work the whole time we were there. Breakfast never changed. When these issues were brought up to the front desk nothing was done. There we never any towels in the pool when we would go to the pool. '

'We hadden 1 nachtje geboekt dat zijn er 2 geworden. Personeel vriendelijk. Kamer was ruim met balkon heerlijk alleen wel veel lawaai. Maar dat maakt niet je kon naar een dagje uit nog even lekker buiten zitten. Kamer was ook ruim en netjes alleen géén huishoudelijke dienst. Maar dat is normaal na corona dat ze de kamer niet meer komen opruimen prullenbakken lopen dan over. Ontbijt ruime keus mooie grote lichte ruimte om te zitten. Centraal je ben zo aan de kust mooie Mall in de buurt auto staat...

'Room was very spacious and clean. The front desk staff at time if check-in and checkout were both very friendly and welcoming. The location has a lot of restaurants around so you can just walk to get food. My son and I had a nice and comfortable stay. '
