'We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. '

There was quite a few opened jars, tubs and dry cooking ingredients in the fridge and cupboard. The room is comfortably furnished, could do with another arm chair. 'We loved our stay, the room was a perfect size for a family of four, comfortable beds and very clean. The pool was great for our children and the breakfast was a combination of are to order and buffet. The food was delicious and there were children options which was brilliant. A special mention goes to the outstanding dinner we had at their restaurant, the Marigold. The food was exceptional, both for the adults and the children meals were loved by both our daughters.
