With its sweeping stretch of golden sand, Filey is one of the most popular holiday destinations on the Yorkshire coast. From sunbathing to bird watching, there is something to keep everyone entertained. Whether you’re looking for a chilled and relaxed holiday or something a little more active, this is an ideal destination. With easy beach access and plenty of nearby facilities there really is something for everyone. Jump in the car and visit many seaside villages including Whitby, Staithes or Robin Hoods Bay. And no trip to the Yorkshire coast is complete without some locally caught fish and chips, Whitby Scampi or a stroll along Filey’s Roman slipway, Coble Landing, with its jumble of boats and kiosks where you can enjoy the scenery with a good Yorkshire tea!

When you arrive to the property, park in the allocated parking bays and head up the fairly steep stairs to the apartment. Straight away you’ll notice the sea view from the window and then you’ll be warmly invited into a spacious kitchen/diner with modern appliances and fully equipped with all your essentials, including electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. The colourful dining area comfortably seats up to four people. Head through to the lounge with corner sofa and sofa bed for those extra guests. Set up a board game and enjoy a games night or watch a movie on the Smart tv, which includes Sky TV. The bedroom has those wonderful sea views and is ideal for young families with a king-size bed and a single bed, there is a wall mounted TV if you want to get away for a quiet moment. The bathroom has a bath with shower above and WC.

Outside to the front of the property you have your own enclosed garden. There are two allocated off-road parking spaces outside the property.
