'The rooms do not have carpet so they are quite loud at night. I could hear someone snoring in an adjoining room. The room was also quite dark with only accent lights that didn't really cut it for lighting up the space; however, the bathroom was very well lit. The iron was broken. The bed and pillows are very soft. Valet experience was seamless. Check-in at the front desk was a breeze. Online checkout was no hassle. Location was pretty solid for what I needed with lots to do right on Fore Street...

'Beautiful hotel close to downtown, easily walkable. I did not like the layout of the room with the sink not in the bathroom, and the parking is in the parking garage across the street, on the top floor and you have to pay for it, otherwise I'd recommend.'

'This property was filthy and full of black mold. The bathtub would not drain.The room had a terrible damp odor. The door lock was broken and the door frame had no striker plate for the lock to connect with. The staff was unconcerned and said "good enough" or "if you dont like it, check out" regarding the lock. We purchased our own safety bar to secure the door.'

'The road to the hotel was under construction each night, preventing us from getting to the hotel and the staff never once mentioned it or acknowledged it being an issue that we would need to account for.
Also the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast on Mondays or Tuesdays which is just weird! The breakfast was also very mid so just keep that in mind.
Elevator is loud at night and can be heard through the walls if you are within two rooms of it.'

'Every team member that we encountered were friendly and professional. The lobby was welcoming and clean, as was the guestroom. Two suggestions I would offer would be - 1. Room darkening shades would be helpful. And 2. Our guestroom door could use some attention, as it was hard to close securely. But I would highly recommend this hotel.'
