'The inn itself is quaint and beautiful. The location is really nice but it is part of a college campus and a training facility for its students. I don’t believe the description mentioned any of this. Our room was lovely and sufficient, if I had any issues it would be how small the towels are.
The young lady who checked us in and did the evening shift was okay. She took a little getting used to. I don’t think hospitality is her vocation.

'Great location. Close to the waterfront, yet far enough removed to be quiet.
Great staff and knowledgeable about food recommendations.
My only negative was reception was on the fourth floor. I realize on this trip I enjoy a ground floor lobby seating area and bar in which to congregate. Not the same experience when you ride an elevator up several floors.'

'Bedding was clean, soft and warm. Room had a working tv, coffee maker and microwave. Complimentary breakfast was warm and delicious. Parking area was clean. Air conditioner worked but was loud. Bathroom door squeaked and room carpet along with stairway carpet really needed replacement or a really good shampoo. Room rate was good for my stay.'

'The location is immediately off the highway nestled into its own large property making it perfect for travel to different places in ME. Plenty of establishments surrounding the hotel for whatever needs you may have. The hotel breakfast exceeded expectations and the staff are very personable. I would not hesitate to stay again.'

'The place is really nice: Modern, spacious and central. The idea of communicating everything on text works mainly.... it would be better if the response rates were quicker.
The staff need better communication. How could they forget to make up our room?!! So we spent the whole day out and came back to unmade beds and noi clean towels in the bathroom.
It really spoiled our experience of what otherwise could have been a great discovery!'
