« We had another great stay at this fine hotel. Staff was friendly and greeted us quickly right as we walked in. Check in went smoothly and we got to our room to unpack and unwind in no time. Room was clean, beds are firm, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was delightful with a wide delicious variety to choose from. Hotel location is right off the freeway, and close to shopping. « I think out of all the hotels I've ever stayed at this one is at the top of my list to never return to again. The hotel was extremely dirty, and the staff were rude. I told them my credit card number multiple times for them to charge the incidental fee at check in, and she messed it io every time. Adding 30 mins to my check in process. It got so bad, I had to write it down for her and she refused to give it back until I demanded she I received my information back so she couldn't use it anywhere....

« Our room was ready and clean. Staff provided extra towels for us. The disappointment was that although we were told breakfast was available starting at 6:30 am, there was nothing other than overnight coffee available at 7 am. Using the phone for contact in the common area meant the phone rang multiple times without anyone answering it. »

« As I was a volunteer at a golf tournament that starts way earlier than your breakfast I was not able to take advantage of having a breakfast. Very disappointing. Other than the noise out of the air conditioning unit my stay was perfect. »
