'The room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and parking was excellent. I also reserved a meeting space for my event, everything was great. The room was perfect and I hope to return again.'

'For the price of the room, none of the outlets or the USBs worked by the bed. It was the smallest "queen" we have ever slept in. The ice machine did not have ice either morning we tried to fill it before our tournament. There was a cooler with "complimentary" bagged ice but eas empty the whole weekend. Tried calling the front desk multiple times during the weekend and I was on hold for 15 mins before even speaking to someone. When I pay this much for a room, I at least expect the bare minimum...

'When I arrived, the hotel was overbooked, and they didn't have a room for me or offer any alternative options, even though the receptionist did her best to help. On top of that, there was no hot water and no clear timeline for when it would be fixed, even if I had gotten a room. Fortunately, thanks to Expedia, I was able to get relocated.'

'For one, compared to other Hilton2Home Suites, it was not nearly as noisy. Great location with tons of grocery and food options. Room itself had some noticeable carpet stains. Hotel was a tad dated. Our toilet kept clogging up but they offered to move us. Not the best breakfast, though. Rather inconsistent. Loved the kitchen!'

'Customer service was a little lacking in the mornings over the weekend. Asked for waters on the morning of the second day and they stated I needed to buy them and it was only free when checking in. Asked for a noon checkout on Sunday and was told they dont offer late checkouts anymore. Amentities within the room are basic. Small/rough towels and single ply toilet paper. Underwelming considering the price. Room was clean and quiet, so if you aren't looking for much more than that youre good...

'We had a wonderful stay, the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Also the room size was fantastic (especially traveling with a toddler)! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!'

'The staff were all super sweet and extremely helpful from start to finish. The property is gorgeous and has so many unique characteristics! I went with 3 other friends to a Hilary Duff concert in town and all of the other guests that stayed were there for the concert as well so when we arrived for breakfast they were playing her music which was such a cute little touch to our stay! The breakfast they served was too knotch and it was just as cozy and unique in the dining area as the guest house...
