'When choosing agriturismo in Italy we always look for nice places to stay and where we can have dinner. Borgo San Marco is a wonderful place to stay, but an awfull place to have dinner. To start positive; the location is splendid, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is very good, the people are very friendly. But the dinner, a set menu, is completely the opposite. Simple, badly cooked dishes at a very high price. A few examples; Asperges that are overcooked, spaghetti that has to be done...

'The hotel is located in a beautiful country setting surrounded by olive trees. The room and bed were very comfortable. There was plentiful outside seating and a beautiful pool. Staff were extremely friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. The sea was an easy walk away. This was a great place to relax. '

'Schitterende lokatie. Keurig ingericht, uitgerust appartementje (Kamer, slaapkamer, minikeuken en mooie badkamer met douche) met zitje op de langs lopende arcade. Goed restaurant met iedere twee standaardmenu's. Mooie wijn. hoog tempo van uitserveren. Nadeel is dat het redelijk afgelegen ligt. Je hebt voor de bezienswaardigheden(Locorontodo, Alberobello, Monopoli) altijd de auto nodig.'

'We stayed at Masseria Narducci 5 days and it was absolutely amazing! Great service and very nice room. In the room there was an extra bed for our 5-year old and our little baby slept in the double bed. The pool area was perfect for calm and relaxing days. The breakfast was fantastic and also the dining in the evening. During the days we took the car to the beach approx. 5 km. We really recommend to come and stay here! '

'De masseria ligt in een grote boomgaard met oeroude olijfbomen. De kamers en appartementen liggen in verschillende gebouwen rond en in het hoofdgebouw verspreid. Het zwembad bevindt zich daartussen. Het diner vangt om 20.00 uur aan op de ruime binnenplaats onder de sterrenhemel. Er worden twee hoofdgerechten geserveerd en een per dag wisselend aantal (3 tot 8) voorgerechten. Alles gebeurt in een ontspannen en gezellige sfeer. Het ontbijt is gevarieerd met veel soorten taarten, geen warme...

'Secluded setting surrounded by olive trees. Rooms pretty basic, we arrived at 10.40pm - zero food of any description available - and no shops in vicinity, nothing in room. Restaurant looked nice but not able to offer even a plate of ham and cheese or even an olive!'

'The villa is well equipped with everything you need. It was spotless clean when we arrived. The outside area with the whirlpool (which worked perfectly well) and a nice grill (which we didn't use though) makes the house really special. Communication with the host was very easy and with fast responses. He also gave us some great recommendations for the area around. Would definitely come back 👍'
